This series of fourteen rather refractory cases shows 36 per cent. Of recoveries and 28 per cent. Of improvements due, apparently, directly to the inoculations. The average initial dose should be about cocci (galactose-killed). Large doses, especially if repeated at short intervals are capable of producing harmful results.
