The questionnaires have been construct validated and proven to predict certain leadership effectiveness ratings at each level and to do so better than measures of verbal reasoning ability, tacit knowledge for business managers, or experience. This product contains the leadership tacit knowledge questionnaire for platoon leaders. Instructions are given for administering and scoring the questionnaire and recommended applications are described. The document begins with a brief summary of the development and validation of the questionnaire."--DTIC.
