Proving her own deadly skills along the way, she uncovers a dark and twisted conspiracy full of betrayal and secrecy at the heart of the investigation which takes her back to the day she lost her identity. A double cross leads her to her target but leaves her nearly dead for a second time. With help from an unusual quarter she uncovers the truth of the conspiracy and her own identity, but loses an old friend along the way.
