To be so amended as to read: The regular meet ings of the Society shall be held annually, commencing the second Tuesday in June. Section I, Article II of by-laws, to be so amended as to read Any member two years in arrears for clues shall be reported to the Society as delinquent, and shall thereupon be notified by mail of such delinquency, at least three months before the next annual meeting; and when three years in arrears, after due notification by the Secretary, shall be dropped from the roll of members.
