His world turned upside down at the very young age of 12. The next 3 years he moved around residences between older siblings and parents. The uncertainty of it all fueled the anxiety. The passing years in adolescence built a defense mechanism wall for this kid to survive. His escaped from the pain in the form of listening, writing, and playing music. In 2000, his father was killed in a car accident and he was set off into the world ready or not. The years followed were a series of unfortunate events dealing with young adulthood, alcohol, anxiety, and depression. This book recognizes the song writing struggle between adolescent youth and adulthood.
