The guide is written by Cruising Association (CA) members Andy and Gwen Mulholland, who have cruised virtually every waterway in the Netherlands over the past decade, and edited by fellow member Gordon Knight. It is updated annually via reports from CA members actively cruising the inland waterways (several hundred of which are submitted each year) and includes a 25 per cent discount offer on first year's CA membership to purchasers applying online during the year.
