A Washington insider, she served as an Obama Presidential Appointee, a senior staffer in Congress, and in the leadership of national political campaigns. She regularly speaks at national conferences and has been featured in prominent publications and broadcast media outlets. Cleve was born in Haiti and raised in New York City. She currently resides in Washington DC
