Based on interviews with dual-career couples, the complexity of international relocation decisions is discussed. Based on a survey, determinants of work attitudes relevant to relocation willingness are studied as well as the effects of variables related to rational, psychological, and sociological theories on relocation willingness. In addition, the importance of various expatriate arrangements to dual-career employees is considered.
