When Donnie dies from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, Tom grows suspicious. Still haunted by her miscarriage, Brenda no longer suppresses the evil thoughts and feelings she has buried deep inside. She finds comfort in blood and murder, but soon, her lethal deeds are discovered. She races to eliminate those who mean to expose her crimes. Nobody is safe, not even Tom, as he battles the woman he once loved in an effort to save the people he cares about.
