Using Cohen’s d as the measure, it was found that the mean effect size for LCHF diets was higher (M = 0.5333, SD = 0.29209) than the mean effect size for non-LCHF diets at an Alpha of 0.10, p = 0.058. Additionally, it was found that the mean effect size for LCHF diets (M = 0.5333, SD = 0.29209) in comparison to control (non-diet) groups (M = 0.0358, SD = 0.03470), p
