She is also Visiting Scholar in the Department of Women`s and Gender Studies, University of California, Berkeley, USA; Research Associate at Five College Women's Studies Research Center, University of Massachusetts Amherst, USA and Visiting Researcher at Department of Sociology, Lund University, Sweden. Burak Darici is Professor of Economics in the Department of Economic Theory at Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University, Bandırma / BALIKESİR, Turkey. He is also the Vice-Chair of the Economics Deparment.
